Taking place prior to the purchaser taking possession of their new home, a handover inspection will ensure your home is ready to move in to and will highlight in detail any defects and imperfections, plus it will protect you in the future if you decide to sell.

Yes, our inspectors require the property being inspected to be vacant for the duration of the inspection.

You (our client) are welcome to walk through the house with the inspector. However, if the property is tenanted or the owners are living in it, you or the real estate agent will be required to organise for the property to be vacated while our inspector is on site.

This assists with the overall accuracy of your inspection report as our inspector will have better, uninterrupted access to the property with fewer limitations.

You wouldn’t dream of buying a used car without getting a professional to look over potential and costly issues, would you? Well, the same principle applies when buying a home or property, however, the investment is 10 times the amount of a car! It is important to get a professional to thoroughly inspect the property.
